Boone County*Service in outlying areas may be subject to a trip fee. In these circumstances, EDH Appraisal will inform the client before accepting the assignment.

We do not provide comparable checks; however, we can provide a limited scope of work analysis for a fee. Additionally we are currently seeking an AVM model for automated valuation options.
